Les îles de Åland au Franckovision

Hier sur le coup de 12h30, les 25 chansons en compétition pour l'estival de Séville ont été dévoilées. Nos cinq membres du jury ont choisi deux artistes pour nous représenter tout comme à Paris en juillet dernier. Voici quelques informations concernants nos deux représentants à savoir Sissel Kyrkjebø et Espen Lind:

Née à Bergen en Norvège en 1969, Sissel est une chanteuse soprano bien connue dans son pays et dans le monde entier. Elle a de nombreux albums à son actif et continue une très belle carrière dans le milieu de l'opérette où elle a pu cotoyer entre autres le ténor Placido Domingo, José Carreras et a même chanté avec Charles Aznavour. Son moment de gloire le plus mémorable fut son interprétation de l'hymne olympique durant la cérémonie d'ouverture et de cloture des jeux olympiques d'hiver de Lillehammer en 1994. Elle a également participé en 1998 à la bande sonore du film "Titanic" de James Cameron.

 

Né en 1971 à Tromsø en Norvège, Espen Lind est un artiste producteur, compositeur et interprète bien connu dans son pays. Il sortit son premier album solo en 1995 et 1997, il se classa numéro des charts norvégiens avec sa chanson "When Susannah cries", chanson qui par ailleurs lui valut une certaine notoriété dans de nombreux pays européens et aussi en Amérique latine. Actuellement, il continue une belle carrière mais travaille surtout à l'écriture et à la composition pour d'autres artistes tels que Beyoncé par exemple.

 

Nos cinq membres du jury sont tombés sous le charme de cette chanson "Where the lost ones go" interprétée par notre duo d'artistes présentés ci-dessus. Voici les paroles de la chanson:
